- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, January 13, 2022, AT 6:00 P.M. to consider: 1. Consideration of a request to amend Mapleton City Code section 18.82D.110 to increase the density in the Preserve project by 19 lots. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice. Please see the Planning Commission Agenda for all items being discussed at this meeting. ___________________________________________ April Houser, Executive Secretary Posted at the below locations on December 29, 2021: 1. Mapleton Community Center Building 2. Ira Allan Park 3. On website at www.mapleton.org In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearing should notify April Houser at Mapleton City, 125 West Community Center Way (400 N.), Mapleton, UT 84664, or by phone, (801) 489-6138, giving her at least 24 hours notice.
