PUBLIC NOTICE HOOPER CITY 5580 W. 4600 S. Hooper, UT 84315 A proposal for the creation of an agriculture protection area was filed with Hooper City on March 28, 2011. With approved modifications, the protection area would apply to property owned by Fowers Brothers L.C., and the DeLora M. Fowers Inter Vivos Trust and is located at approximately at 5800 South 7100 West in Hooper City, Utah. Land Serial Numbers: DeLora M. Fowers Inter Vivos Trust 10-023-0014 5 acres 10-023-0015 21.26 acres 10-023-0073 38.789 acres 10-023-0075 18.988 acres Fowers Brothers L.C. 10-023-0072 11.31 acres 10-023-0074 16.352 acres 10-023-0024 22.07 acres 10-022-0026 11.463 acres 10-022-0004 7.46 acres The proposal is available for public inspection at the Hooper City office at the above address. Hooper City will hold a public hearing on June 16, 2011 at 7PM at the City Office to discuss and hear public comment on: 1. The proposal 2. Any recommendations of the Weber County Agriculture Protection Advisory Board and the Hooper Planning Commission, and 3. Any requests for modification of, or objections to the proposal. Any interested persons may appear at the public hearing and speak in favor of or against the proposal, any proposed modifications to the proposal or the recommendations of the Planning Commission or the Advisory Board.
