The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at the City Office, beginning at 6:00 P.M. on the following:
- Repeal ordinance 18.30 C-3 Commercial zone
- Repeal ordinance 18.34 M-2 Manufacturing zone
- Amend R-5 ordinance Adding specific setbacks, allowances, and removing allowances
- Smith Property Rezone from A-2 to RE-15 Located on parcel 19-014-0030
The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold public meeting, on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at the City Office, beginning at 6:00 P.M. on the following:
- Conditional Use for a fence located on parcel 19-236-0007.
- Attached Accessory Apartment for location 3581 N 1050 W, parcel 16-231-0005.
- Rockwell Plat Amendment decreasing an easement, location 677 W 3000 N, Lot 1
- Highland Meadow lot line adjustment location between 1083 W Highland Meadow Ct & 4258 N Highland Meadow Ct
