Public Comments To be considerate of everyone attending the meeting, public comments will be restricted to items that are not listed on this or a future agenda and limited to three minutes per person. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Recorder prior to noon the day before the meeting. Comments pertaining to an item on the agenda should not be given at this time but should be held until that item is called. 2. Approval of Minutes a. Approval of 12-1-2021 Minutes 3. Potato Hill Trails Review plan to improve foot path access to the Potato Hill summit. 4. Porter Rockwell Trail Crossing at South Mountain Bridge Review a potential crossing option for the Porter Rockwell Trail at South Mountain Bridge. 5. West Bluff/Deer Ridge Area Concept Plan Review concept plan for West Bluff/Deer Ridge Area for dog off- leash trails, foot only trails, disc golf area, and trailheads. 6. Committee/Staff Reports 7.
