AGENDA 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER. Vice Chairman Brandon Grossman called the meeting to order at 5:15pm. 2. ROLL CALL. Present: Chairman Klansey Bateman (phone) Vice Chairman Brandon Grossman Board Member Mariah Murphy (phone) Board Member Randy Croasmun (phone) Secretary Devan Clawson ABSENT: Board Member Adam Palafox Board Member Vrayen Soriano City Council Liaison Manuel Carrillo Audience: Santiago Gomez 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. The Pledge of Allegiance was lead by Vice Chairman Brandon Grossman. 4. APPROVE OR AMEND THE MINUTES RECORDED FOR THE WENDOVER CITY PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 21st, 2021. Motion made by Board member Mariah Murphy, seconded by Chairman Klansey Bateman to approve the minutes recorded for the Wendover City Planning and Zoning meeting held on September 21st, 2021. All in favor, motion passed. 5. REVIEW OF SETBACKS FOR A COVERED AWNING FOR 834 PILOT AVE, SANTIAGO GOMEZ DISCUSSION/ DECISION The board reviewed the plans and concerns were voice regarding the area covered and the closeness of the two structures. Vice Chairman Brandon Grossman attempted to clarify the situation with Gomez that due to the two houses being on one parcel and to close to each other they were going to need to have Mr. Gomez bring in a more detailed setbacks plan. Motion made by Board Member Mariah Murphy to table the item agenda until more information is provided. Motion seconded by Chairman Klansey Bateman. All in favor, motion passed. 6. COUNCIL LIAISON MANUEL CARRILLO UPDATES AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO. None 7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. None 8. NEW BUSINESS. None 9. COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE. None 10. NEXT SCHEDULED PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 28TH, 2021. Meeting moved to December 21, 2021. 11. ADJOURNMENT. Motion made by Chairman Klansey Bateman, seconded by Board Member Mariah Murphy to adjourn the regular meeting. All in favor, motion passed.
