AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION JANUARY 5, 2022 REGULAR SESSION Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on January 5, 2022, at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Hearing, review and action on a preliminary and final plat for Beck Hillside Estates consisting of 15 lots, located in the area of 760 North 200 East in the R-1-9,000 Residential zone 2. Hearing, review and action on a commercial site plan for Goldfish Swim School, located at 348 South 500 East, in the GC-2 General Commercial zone 3. Hearing, review and action on a site plan for Roderick Catalyst Business Park Building 4 located in the area of 346 East 1600 South, in the PI-1 Planned Industrial zone 4. Hearing, review and action on a site plan for Roderick Catalyst Business Park Building 5 located in the area of 268 East 1600 South, in the PI-1 Planned Industrial zone 5. Hearing, review and action on an ordinance creating Section 13.04.050 of the American Fork Municipal Code regarding utility services to property outside of city boundaries 6. Other Business 7.
