- 2022 Layton City Annual Meeting Schedule Pursuant to section 52-4-202 of the Utah Code, Layton City gives notice for meetings for the 2022 calendar year. All meetings and work sessions are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 of the Utah Code relative to the applicable provisions of the Utah Open Meetings Act. Strategic planning, work, special or emergency meetings in addition to those specified may be held as circumstances require; meetings reflected below may also be cancelled. A minimum of 24 hours notice will be given for such meeting notices. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Layton City will accommodate reasonable requests to assist the disabled to participate in the meetings. Request for assistance can be made by notifying Layton City eight or more hours in advance of the meeting by calling 801.336.3800. ___________________________________________________________ RAMP Tax Advisory Commission Meetings are held at 5 p.m. in the Parks and Recreation Office (Surf 'n Swim), 465 North Wasatch Drive.
