NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, January 5th and Tuesday, January 18th, at 6:00 p.m.
Zoning Map Amendment for 300 North Duplex Addition from R-1-6 to R-3 with the Infill Overlay located at 455 East 300 North.
General Plan Map Amendment for PEG from Low Density Residential to Urban Density Residential located at 521 South 1550 West.
General Plan Map Amendment for Canyon Creek Parkway from Industrial to Mixed Use located at 2100 North Canyon Creek Parkway.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
