Description/Agenda: SUMMARY OF ADOPTION OF MONROE CITY ORDINANCE 12 2 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 14, 2021 the Mayor and City Council of Monroe City adopted Ordinance 12 2 2021 amending the Monroe City Land Use Management and Development Code Regulations and corresponding zoning map. Monroe City's Commercial Residential Zone (CR-1) will be amended to extend the current CR-1 zone to 550 N Main to 200 S Main and from 600 S Main to 800 S Main including property line closest to the half block point. Then from 100 S (SR118) to 600 W including property line closest to the half block point. The Ordinance shall become effective upon publication of this summary. /s/ Allison Leavitt City Recorder
