- The Richmond City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at the Park Community Center located at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah no sooner than 6:30 P.M. The Public Hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2022-02, an Ordinance rezoning Cache County Parcel Number 09-085-0026 from RE-2 (Residential Estate 2-Acre) to RMD (Residential Medium Density, Minimum 10,000 Square Feet). The parcel is located at approximately 695 South 100 East and is 3.82 Acres.
