Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday January 5, 2022 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. in the following order; 1) The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the preliminary plan for the Wild Plum Estates Subdivision consisting of 4 lots total, located at 91 West 300 North. Tax Id. #11-079-0015 2) The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval the concept plan for the 300 North Subdivision consisting of 5 lots total, located at approximately 290 North 100 East. Tax Id. #11-083-0009 3) The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Bartholomew/Cooper Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately 590 South 200 East. Tax Id. #10-041-0037 4) The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the preliminary plan for the Bridle Path Estates Subdivision consisting of 130 lots total, located at approximately 7625 South Highway 89/91.
