- The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Opening ceremony 3. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 4. Continued consideration for approval of a request from Russell Glenn, agent for Lowell R. and Alice A. Glenn Family Trust for a variance to allow property at 381 South Center to be divided so that a home could be built at 377 South Center with 81 feet of frontage rather than the required 82 1/2 feet of frontage.
