NOTICE
MORGAN CITY ORDINANCE 21-11 AND ORDINANCE 21-12
Morgan City adopted Ordinance 21-11, amending the land use element of the General Plan
for property located at approximately 300 East 400 North, from Central Business District to
Medium Density Residential.
AND
Morgan City adopted Ordinance 21-12, amending the zoning designation of a portion of property
located at approximately 300 East 400 North, by changing the zoning designation thereof from
General Commercial (C-G) to Multi-Family Residential (RM-15).
