REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY RESOLUTION NO. 12-15-2021-A A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE DATES FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR 2022. WHEREAS, Title 52, Chapter 4, Part 2 of the Utah Code, as amended, requires that any public body that holds regular meetings scheduled in advance over the course of a year shall give public notice at least once each year of its annual meeting schedule; WHEREAS, the Bylaws of the Redevelopment Agency of Payson City, Utah (the 'Agency') provide that 'Regular meetings shall be held on any regular meeting day of the City Council of Payson City immediately following the Council meeting in the Council Room in Payson, Utah or at a duly appointed time and date as may be set by the governing board;' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF PAYSON CITY, UTAH: 1. The Agency hereby establishes that its regular meetings for 2022 shall be held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month, either immediately following or in conjunction with regular City Council meetings. 2. The Agency's staff is hereby authorized and directed to post a copy at Payson City Hall, provide a copy to the Payson Chronicle, and post a copy on the Utah Public Notice Website. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage by the Payson City Redevelopment Agency adopted in a public meeting.
