Mayor Soper - Recognition of Manti City Library's 'Impactful Service Award'. 2. Monthly financial report - November 2021 statements. 3. Continuing Business. 4. Councilmembers reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jason Maylett Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 5. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 6. Mayor Korry Soper. 7. Consideration of minutes of the previous meeting. 8. City Manager Kent Barton. 9. Executive Session (if needed).
