- NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Work Meeting along with its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. The work meeting will begin at 5:00 pm with special council meeting scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm Work Meeting 1) 5:00 p.m. Ensign Engineering to discuss upcoming CIB Road Project Council Meeting 2) 6:00 p.m. Invocation 3) Public Comment 4) Approval of 2022 Road Project to be put out to bid - Mayor Lori Nay 5) Discussion of Draft for Multi Family Uses in the R & C-1 Zone - Rod Taylor 6) Discuss with Possible Approval to post City Manager position along with timetable for interviews, etc. - Mayor Lori Nay 7) Proposed Approval of Attorney Services regarding Property Dispute - Mayor Lori Nay 8) Proposed Approval of City Council Minutes for Wednesday, November 17, 2021 9) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 10) Other Business 11) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
