- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Nephi City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N in Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comment on the proposed W. Wright Industrial Annexation of approximately 3.46 acres. The proposed annexation area is located approximately 1400 N 500 W. The complete annexation petition and certification is available for inspection a the Nephi City Recorder's office during normal business hours.
