A. CALL TO ORDER B. PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE C. DISCLOSURES D. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: October 26, 2021, Town Council Field Trip November 8, 2021 Town Council Meeting December 7, 2021 Town Council Special Meeting E. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. Public input is limited to three (3) minutes on non-agenda items. F. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. 2021 ANNUAL AUDIT PRESENTATION. Wayne Everett, Town Auditor. The Auditor will present the FY 2021 Annual Audit. 2. PUBLIC HEARING FOR ROAD NAME CHANGE FROM LESLIE LANE TO RED FOX CIRCLE. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed road name change from Leslie Lane to Red Fox Circle in the Steam Engine Meadows subdivision. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than December 13, 2021 by 5:00 pm. 3. ROAD NAME CHANGE ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME FROM LESLIE LANE TO RED FOX CIRCLE. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council will consider an ordinance changing the name from Leslie Lane to Red Fox Circle in the Steam Engine Meadows Subdivision. 4. PUBLIC HEARING FOR REVISED ANNEXATION POLICY PLAN. The Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on proposed revision of the Brian Head Annexation Policy Plan. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than December 13, 2021 by 5:00 pm. 5. ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE REVISED ANNEXATION POLICY PLAN. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will consider an ordinance adopting the revised Annexation Policy Plan. 6. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FIRST PUBLIC HEARING. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on possible projects that meet the CDBG grant guidelines. 7. PUBLIC ART PIECE DECISION, COLOR OF BRIAN THE BEAR. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will decide on a color for the public art piece, Brian the Bear. 8. SCENIC ROAD SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PETITION. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council will consider a petition for a Special Assessment Area (SAA) for the Scenic Road / Lupin Court area. 9. 2022 TOWN COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE APPROVAL. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council will approve their 2022 meeting schedule. 10. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agendas. G. CLOSED SESSION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL. The Town Council will enter into closed session to discuss pending or imminent litigation and a strategy session to discuss the sale, lease or purchase of real property. H. ADJOURNMENT
