- PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH December 14, 2021 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, commencing at 6:00 PM. The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of allegiance: Leonard Call Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Leonard Call Declaration of Conflicts of Interest Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council (public - limited to 3 minutes) Consent Items: - Minutes of October 12, 2021 - Bills of Pleasant View City Business: 6:05 P.M. 1. Presentation and recognition of Pleasant View, North Ogden and Harrisville Police Officers. (Presenter: Ryon Hadley) 6:20 P.M. 2. Presentation and recognition of Woodruff Auto Service. (Presenter: Mayor and Council) 6:35 P.M. 3. Award the Ogden-Weber Tech College one-year tuition scholarship. (Presenter: Mayor Call) 6:40 P.M 4. Presentation from Weber Housing Authority regarding the Potential Recovery Community Project. (Presenter: Andi Beadles with Weber Housing Authority) 6:55 P.M. 5. Discussion and possible action to consider approving Wasatch View North Commercial Subdivision Phase 2, located 1700 W 2700 N, applicant Dee Hansen. (Presenter: Jill Hunt) 7:10 P.M. 6. Discussion and possible action to consider participation in an Opiod Settlement Agreement, Resolution 2021-M. (Presenter: Amy Mabey) 7:20 P.M. 7. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a Memorandum of Understanding with the State Debt Collection for the collection of debt owed to the Pleasant View City Justice Court. (Presenter: Laurie Hellstrom) 7:30 P.M. 8. Closed Meeting. 9. Discussion and possible action from the closed meetings. Other Business Adjournment The City Council at their discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
