Club Verse at approximately 601 South State St - Micheal Repp has submitted an application for a bar establishment at the above-stated address. The proposed bar, called Club Verse, would be located in the southernmost suite within the building. The property is located in the D-2 (Downtown Support) zoning district, which requires a Conditional Use process for a bar establishment. The subject property is located within Council District #4, represented by Ana Valdemoros.
