NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA PLANNING COMMISSION DECEMBER 14, 2021 AT 7:00 P.M. City Council Chambers 110 South Main Street Springville, Utah 84663 The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: Call to Order - Approval of the Agenda Consent Agenda The Consent Agenda includes items that are administrative actions where no additional discussion is needed. When approved, the recommendations in the staff reports become the action of the Commission. A call for objection or comment will be made on the consent agenda items. If there is any opposition or comment, the item will be taken off the consent agenda and put on the regular administrative session meeting agenda for discussion. If there are no objections or comments, the item(s) will pass without further consideration 1. Steve Birt seeking site plan amendment and minor subdivision approval of the Better Body Foods office/warehouse located at 583 S 2600 W in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. Legislative Session - Public Hearing 2. The Overland Group seeking a recommendation to amend the Land Use Map of the General Plan from Commercial to Industrial on parcels 22:053:0006; 22:053:0010; and 22:053:0008 located in the area of 1700 N 1750 W. 3. The Overland Group seeking a recommendation to amend the Official Zone Map from the Regional Commercial Zone to the HC-Highway Commercial and L-IM-Light Industrial Manufacturing Zones on the 49.51-acres located in the area of 1700 N1750 W. 4. Auggie Wasmund requests amendments to Springville Code section 11-4-7 Main Street South Gateway Zone. Administrative Session - No items Adjournment
