- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on November 23, 2021, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2021-11-56 which created Chapter 3.14 of the American Fork City Code regarding the implementation of the Parks, Arts, Recreation and Culture Sales and Use Tax (PARC Tax) and providing for an effective date. A copy of the complete text of the ordinance is on file in the City Administrative Offices (51 E. Main Street) and is available for public inspection.
