- NOTICE OF WILLARD CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Willard City Council will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 80 W 50 S Willard, public hearing to receive public comment regarding Ordinance 2021-14 Amending the Compensation of the Elected Officials in Willard City. This public hearing, starting at approximately 6:30 p.m. will be held in conjunction with the Willard City Council meeting, which starts at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 9, 2021. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome. Copies of the proposed Resolutions are available for public review in the office of the City Recorder located at 80 W 50 S, Willard, Utah. Any Individual requiring auxiliary services should contact the City Offices at least 3 days in advance (435-734-9881). By: Susan K Obray, Willard City Recorder.
