Cleveland Town Council Meeting December 9, 2021 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Flag Ceremony: Pledge Minutes: Questions for the Mayor and Council Limited to 10 minutes This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence. Please limit your comments to three minutes. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Contract for Chelsea Salas for rental of Old Town Hall for her business needs to be signed. 2. Discuss and approve lease contract and amount for the 3 acres of property the town owns. 3. Approve Christmas bonuses. 4. Approve compensation for the appointed fire chief. 5. Discuss and Approve Ryan Rasmussen using old town hall for town wrestling. 6. Discuss/change rule for Piggy Backing burials in cemetery. 7. Make and approve next year's meeting schedule for Town Council. 8. Review bills and approve payment. 9. Council reports 10. Adjourn meeting. Remember to bring pot of chili for Town Christmas Party Dec 20 @ 6 pm. If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken The next regular Council Meeting will be held on January 13, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
