- NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE/AMEND PARKS, WATER, SEWER, AND STORMWATER IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSES NIBLEY CITY, UTAH Notice is hereby given that Nibley City intends to prepare/amend impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analyses for parks, water, sewer and stormwater. The impact fees to be considered will be charged to new development and used to offset the cost of capital facilities to serve new development. The proposed capital facilities will be located in Nibley City and the impact fee service area will encompass the incorporated boundaries of Nibley City. Those receiving this notice and the general public are invited to provide information to be considered in preparing the plans.
