Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Adopt Agenda - By Motion 4. Approve minutes of November 10, 2021, Regular Town Board meeting - By Motion 5. Final review and approval of Ted Cooke Annexation - By Motion 6. Discuss resignation of Town Treasurer and advertise for position. 7. Follow-up on hiring Certified Water Operator to replace Robert Almont. 8. Mayor's Report - Todd Robinson 9. Water Report - Mike Abbott 10. Power/Fire Department Reports - Mark Barton 11. Planning and Zoning/Cemetery Reports - Marge Cipkar a) Review and approve new forms recommended by the Planning and Zoning committee for Conditional Use Permit and Business License Applications - By Motion 12. Roads/Building/Park Reports - Trisha Robb a) Discuss purchasing electronic sign for main street by December 31st to meet deadline for spending remaining CARES Act funds.
