ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 00 11 13 Page 1 of 1 Brigham City Brigham City, UT 400 West Storm Drain Project DOCUMENT 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the 400 West Storm Drain Project will be received by Brigham City, at the office of the City Recorder, 20 North Main Street (PO BOX 1005, if USPS), Brigham City, UT, until 1:30 p.m. local time on December 6, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of removal of asphalt and concrete waterway; installation of 15' CI-III RCP, manholes, single catch basins; asphalt patching; and landscape repair. Bid will be received for possible multiple contracts. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. The contact person is Brett Jones, brettj@jonescivil.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration and payment of $20.00, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files.
