Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold two Public Hearings in conjunction with its Regular Town Board Meeting on December 16, 2021 at the Oak City Town Hall in the Conference Room beginning at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the First Public Hearing will be to get public comment on Ordinance 2021-05 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING A POLICY FOR THE TIMELY INSTALLATION OF CULLINARY WATER SERVICE CONNECTIONS. The purpose of the Second Public Hearing is to get Public comment on Ordinance 2021-06 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE COMPENSATION OF STATUTORY OFFICERS AND GENERAL EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF OAK CITY, UTAH. If adopted, this Ordinance would provide a 5.9 % cost-of-living raise for the Oak City Town Clerk, Town Treasurer, and Full-Time Employee. Please post in the next two (2) consecutive issues.
