Tax Id. #10-015-0009 9. Review resolution 2021-16 accepting an annexation petition for Daniel McClendon that 20.74 acres to be annexed into the corporate limits of Wellsville City. Review the Certification of Annexation Petition for recommendation to City Council. 10. Discuss title 10, chapter 44-2 titled 'Fences, Walls & Retaining Walls' 11. Planning Commission workshop on accessory building setbacks. 12. Other zoning matters
