- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Big Water, in Kane County, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday December 13th 2021 beginning at 7:00pm (UT) at Big Water Town Hall located at 60 N Aaron Burr, Big Water, Utah. The Town proposes to apply for funding from the Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) to aid in the purchase of a new Fire Truck for the Big Water Fire Department. The public is invited to attend and provide comments on the proposed application. If you need special accommodations to participate in the above meeting, please notify the town clerk at 435-675-3760 at least 3 working days prior to the hearing. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear, either in person or via the zoom link that will be provided with the meeting agenda; and will be given an opportunity to be heard either in support or in opposition. Each person will be limited to 2 minutes of comments which is non-transferable and non-sharable.
