- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 7th day of December 2021 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember Nichole Sparks - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held November 2, 2021 2. Business - State Code 10-9A-504 - Temporary Land Use Regulation 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Town Hall Councilmember N. Sparks - November Warrant List - LUDMA - Youth Council Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Animal Control - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Parks Department - Sports Councilmember J. Buttars - Cemetery Department - Discussion on Resident and Non-resident Cremation Lot Sale Pricing on the Southwest Hill of the Cemetery - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - January 4, 2021 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
