- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Provo City Planning Commission Administrative Hearing on delegated applications will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. This meeting will be conducted entirely via electronic means. There will be an in-person option with limited seating at the anchor location of the Community Development Conference Room. The items listed below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to participate and provide comment. Planning Commission hearings can be viewed live on YouTube and Facebook at youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and facebook.com/provochannel17. Item 1 Jason Evans, representing AT&T, requests a Conditional Use Permit for new roof-mounted cellular facilities at the Provo Airport, located at 3421 Mike Jense Pkwy, in the Airport (A) zone. Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City Board of Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days following the decision. To send comments on Planning Commission Administrative Hearing items or weigh in on current issues, email dspublichearings@provo.org.
