PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers (south entrance), 86 E. 100 S., Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing to consider the request of Randy Bott for a proposed 2-lot preliminary subdivision called Stone Gate Center For The Arts located at approx. 900 West 2600 North in the RCO (Rural Commercial Overlay) zone. MANILA NEIGHBORHOOD Public Hearing to consider approval of the commercial site plan for Grove Pointe located at approx. 2000 West State Street in the Grove Zone. SAM WHITES NEIGHBORHOOD Public Hearing to consider the request of Josh Schiffman to vacate the Autumn Grove Plat B Subdivision, lot 7 of the Honey subdivision, and lot 66 of the Manila Springs Plat B subdivision to create a 4-lot preliminary subdivision called Autumn Grove Plat C located at approx. 1180 North 990 West in the R1-10 (Single Family Residential) zone. NORTH FIELD NEIGHBORHOOD Public Hearing to consider the request of Josh Becker to amend Section 11-3-4 of the Pleasant Grove City Code, regarding the maximum length of a cul-de-sac to be 500 feet through a conditional use permit. CITY WIDE Public Hearing to consider the request to amend Section 10-12B-2 of the Pleasant Grove City Code, regarding permitted and conditional uses in the M-D, Manufacturing zone. CITY WIDE Public Hearing to consider the request of Robert Duncan to waive the maximum size requirement for an accessory building at 371 North 1300 East. GROVE CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD Public Hearing to consider the request of Gary DeVincent to amend the Pleasant Grove General Plan Map for property located at approx 1000 West State Street from Commercial Retail to Very High Density Residential. MUDHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD Public Hearing to consider the request of Gary DeVincent to rezone property located at approx 1000 West State Street from Neighborhood Commercial (CN) to Medium Multiple Residential (RM-7).
