- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 as close to 6:00 pm as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposal by Silicon Slopes LLC to amend the Holladay Zone Map for approximately .78 acres of property located at 5661 South Highland Drive, Holladay UT from the current R-1-43 zone to R-2-10. The purpose of the second hearing is to consider proposed amendments to Title 13, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations, clarifying the defined term: General Retail, in describing specialty retail tobacco sales. The proposals are available for public inspection on the City's website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
