- Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a P&Z Meeting on the 7th day of December 2021 at the Lewiston City Council Room at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening remarks - - Review and approval of the minutes of the November 9, 2021, meeting. 2. Business - Kimber Hall - Building Permit - Accessory Building - 51 S. 1600 W. - Ritewood Egg - Building Permit - Accessory Building - 2500 S. 1600 W. - Parker Westhoff - Lot Split - Discussion - ~ 400 E. 800 So. - Chris Karren - Lot Split -Discussion - ~ 1500 W. Center & ~ 1000 N. 800 W. - Chris Field - Lot-split -Discussion - 1030 S. 800 W. - 2022 Chairman and Vice Chairman Nomination 3. Other Business - Vice Chairman Rod Garner - Town Business o Business Park - Phase 4 - Preliminary Plat Approval - P&Z Administrator Stephannie Davis - City Inspect Training February 1, 2022 - Annual Training Requirements for P&Z Commission 4.
