Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at approx. Garden Drive & 600 West (Mud Hole Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Josh Smith to apply the CS-2 (Commercial Sales - 2) Zone to approximately 6.1 acres on property currently zoned C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) Zone, located at approximately at the north-west intersection of Garden Drive and 600 West. Public Hearing: Text Amendment - Section 10-11D-16E: Multiple-Family Residential Development Requirements Public Hearing to consider the request of Josh Smith to amend City Code Section 10-11D-16E: Multiple-Family Residential Development Requirements, by modifying the minimum frontage requirement to allow a multi-family development to have only one type of housing so long as additional design features are included within the CS-2 (Commercial Sales-2) Zone. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1905 W Grove Parkway (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of St. John Properties for a site plan for a single-story, multi-tenant retail building with a drive-through on property located at approximately 1905 West Grove Parkway in The Grove Zone - Interchange Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1905 W Grove Parkway (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of St. John Properties for a 1-parcel preliminary commercial subdivision plat, called Valley Grove Business Park Plat 'N' on property located at approximately 1905 West Grove Parkway in The Grove Zone - Interchange Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1034 E 300 S (Scratch Grave Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jackson Jones for a 6-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Loader Estates Plat 'B,' on property located at approximately 1034 East 300 South in the R1-9 (Single Family Residential) and RAO (Residential Agricultural Overlay) Zone. Public Hearing: Vicinity Plan Amendment - Located at approx. 1034 E 300 S (Scratch Grave Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jackson Jones to amend the Vicinity Plan for future local roads near 300 South and future 1100 East, near property located at approximately 1034 East 300 South in the R1-9 (Single Family Residential) and RAO (Residential Agricultural Overlay) Zone.
