Item #1 Ryan Dennis requesting Business License.
Ryan Dennis was in attendance, explained that he had a trucking company that he wanted to do his clerical office at home. He has one truck that he leaves in Price. He said that he would not need bring it to Cleveland unless there was some unforeseen issue. If he did, there is enough room on his back property to park it. He lives at 900 West and Airport Road where part of his property is in the County. Tyler made the motion to approve his business license and seconded by Nancy. All were in favor so motion passed. Tracy signed Business License Approval, made copy and gave original to Ryan Dennis.
Item #2 Easton Mortensen has questions about selling the pasture on the east side of his house located at 125 East Main. He was not in attendance but sent the people he was selling it to.
Attending were the Chelsea and Matthew Salas to ask questions about buying the lot and building on it. Tracy told them the Zoning laws for building a house in town. The lot needs to be 7500 square feet or about a quarter of an acre, with a setback of 30 feet from the main road to their house.
They will need to bring blueprints when ready. Went over garages and accessory buildings. Copied paper with requirements for zoning and gave to them.
Council Member, Kristen Vose, asked about last month's building permit approval for the Jensen's house. Since they started digging, she wondered if they had moved the building back the 5 feet as requested when approved. Discussed how we would know if they moved the house back. Discussed that the County provides building permit so felt that they would have fixed it to get permit and inspector would be checking on them.
Item #3 Adjourn Meeting
Tracy adjourned the meeting.
