- GENDA Grafton Heritage Partnership Project Meeting December 2, 2021, at 5:00 P.M., Rockville Town Hall The Grafton Heritage Partnership Project (GHPP) will hold a meeting on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at 5-6 P.M. in the Rockville Community Center, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. The Agenda is as follows: AGENDA: 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3. TREASURER REPORT 4. UPDATE ON MAINTENANCE OF GRAFTON 5. UPDATE ON GRANT FROM THE Paul T. Walton Jr. Charitable Foundation FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE HISTORIC BUILDINGS 6. REVIEW GHPP BYLAWS 7. GHPP BOARD ELECTIONS AND OFFICERS 8. ADD FUNDS TO THE ENDOWMENT FUND 9. APPROVE SPENDING $3000 FOR THE TOWN OF ROCKVILLE'S CLG $ 6000 MATCHING GRANT. IT INCLUDES PRINTING GRAFTON BROCHURES AND HIRING A CONSULTANT TO COMPLETE AN APPLICATION TO PUT ROCKVILLE TOWN AND IRRIGATION DITCHES ON THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES. 10 ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS 11.
