PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Council will conduct three public hearings in conjunction with the regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 6:35 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Fillmore City Building, 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, UT ; to receive public comment regarding amending the city code to allow short-term rentals as an allowed use in general commercial, highway commercial, office residential, residential 2, rural residential, and agricultural zones; 6:40 p.m. to receive public comment regarding amending the city code to allow for a food truck in a general commercial or highway commercial zone; and 6:45 p.m., receive public comment regarding amending a Fillmore City Industrial Park plat located at 835 South Airway Drive. Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
