SPECIAL MEETING South Utah Valley Municipal Water Association P.O. Box 412 Spanish Fork, UT 84660 (801)-400-2777 6:00 p.m. Thursday, December 2, 2021 Meeting held via - ZOOM AGENDA I. ACTION ITEMS 1. Approve Consent Agenda. 2. Approve the following dates for SUVMWA 2022 tentative meetings: Thursday, February 10, 2022 Thursday, May 12, 2022 Public Hearing - Budget, Thursday, June 9, 2022 Thursday, August 11, 2022 Thursday, November 10, 2022 3. Approve consideration of a resolution authorizing the Conveyance of Mapleton SVP water (Water Delivery Agreement) in the Mapleton Lateral under SUVMWA/CUWCD agreement. 4. Approve the request from Spanish Fork City to increase the ULS water an additional 1000af for a total of 2000af in 2022 with an updated amended addendum to the SUVMWA agreement with Spanish Fork City. 5. Approve the request from Chris Thompson to increase the wage for SUVMWA Secretary Designee and to participate in the proposed technical committee meetings. II. BUSINESS 6. Chris Thompson to discuss the option with DOI /BOR/CUWCD to separate out the ULS agreement - allotments by city. 7. Chris Thompson to discuss the formation of a technical committee made up of each city staff member assigned to SUVMWA with monthly meetings to communicate needs with the assigned City Council - Board members. III. ADJOURNMENT FROM REGULAR SESSION CLOSED MEETING: SUVMWA Board may adjourn the special meeting and convene into a closed session pursuant to §52-4-205, as provided by Utah Code.
