Revision 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- Public Comment. 4- Approval of the minutes from November 4, 2021. 5- Recess as Helper City Council and Convene as Helper City Community Reinvestment Agency. 6- Discussion and possible approval of Ordinance 2021-09, an ordinance dissolving the Castle Gate Community Reinvestment Project Area. 7- Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2021-15, a resolution rescinding the interlocal agreement with Helper City Community Reinvestment Agency for the Castle Gate Community Reinvestment Project Area. 8- Discussion and possible approval of Julie Jorgensen to join the Library Board. 9- Discussion and possible approval of Ken Kotice to join the Library Board. 10- Discussion and possible approval of CIB Projects. 11- Discussion and possible approval of Special Event Permit. 12- Discussion and possible approval of Saturday Vibes setting event dates. 13- Discussion and possible approval of renting Old City Hall Suite 102 to Saturday Vibes for $400 a month. 14- Discussion and possible approval to purchase a used four-wheeler with snowplow up to $5,000. 15- Discussion and possible approval of Ordinance 2021-10, an ordinance setting 2022 City Council Meeting dates. 16- Discussion and possible approval of Public Works wage increase.
