- The public hearing is to discuss proposed changes to the City Land Use Ordinance Zones: 1. Old City Hall (270 W. 100 N.) change from Public Facilities (PF) Zone to Residential Agriculture (RA) Zone. 2. New City Hall (375 N. State) change from Business Commercial (BC) Zone to PF Zone. 3. South of the Old Fish Hatchery (500 N.-- 600 N. from Fish Hatchery Rd. to west City boundary) change from PF Zone to RA Zone. 4. Well House (170 W. 100 N.) change from RA Zone to PF Zone. 5.
