- SALINA CITY PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Council will hold a public hearing December 8, 2021, at 6:50 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main, Salina, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments on proposed Ordinance 162-2021 an Ordinance amending Chapter 8.04 Nuisance Abatement.
