The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the preliminary for the Creekside Meadows Subdivision consisting of 18 lots total, located at approximately 1100 South 200 East. Tax Id. #10-043-0007 9. Samuel Holm - Discussion about reducing setback to allow driveway in the 150' setback on property located at approximately 545 East 200 South. Tax Id. #10-015-0009 10. Review for possible acceptance a resolution 2021-16 accepting an annexation petition for further consideration from Daniel McClendon that 20.74 acres located West of be Annexed into the corporate limits of Wellsville City. 11. Discuss for approval a temporary land use regulation 2021-17, which is a ordinance establishing a moratorium on residential and commercial building permits and subdivision applications within certain areas of Wellsville City. 12. Discuss for approval Wellsville City Municipal Fees for 2021 13. Scott Wells - Discuss Fraud Risk Assessment 2021 for Wellsville City 14. Scott Wells - Discuss 1st quarter financials for July 2021 15. Scott Wells - Open Meetings Training 2021 16. Department reports 17. City Manager/Recorders report
