- Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday December 8, 2021 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its Town Council meeting on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1.Review and Approval of minutes from November 10, 2021 Town Council Meeting. 2. Review and Approval of November 10 - December 8, 2021 Bills/Payroll. 3. Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs 4. Public comments, 3 minutes per person Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson Roads- Lesley Smith 5. 9200 West Finish 6.Cleaning Culverts. ALL TOWN CULVERTS. 7.Council should be getting raises 8.Needed help on road work. 9.Discuss Christmas Party Planning and Zoning- Mariah Huggins 10. Discuss and possibly vote on online bill payment provider, possibly using American Rescue Plan Act money 11. Website update Parks- Max Huggins Fire Department Sgt.
