PARKS, TRAILS, AND RECREATION COMMITTEE AGENDA December 1, 2021 at 7:00 PM 1020 E. Pioneer Rd. Draper, UT 84020 City Council Chambers 1. Public Comments To be considerate of everyone attending the meeting, public comments will be restricted to items that are not listed on this or a future agenda and limited to three minutes per person. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Recorder prior to noon the day before the meeting. Comments pertaining to an item on the agenda should not be given at this time but should be held until that item is called. 2. Approval of Minutes a. Approval of 9-1-2021 Minutes 3. 2022 Committee Meeting Schedule 4. Parks, Trails, & Recreation Master Plan Update Update on the status of the existing master planning efforts. Review by Brad Jensen 5. Proposed City Trail Crew Projects Review of next year's trail crew projects to address erosion, drainage, invasive weeds, filters, and armoring. Review by Greg Hilbig and Rick Anton 6. Proposed Rush Trail Names and Signage Proposal to name and sign each section of the Rush Trail. Review by Jamie Pogue. 7. Proposed Dog Off-Leash Trail Use on Telegraph Foot Path Proposal to allow dog off-leash use on the Telegraph Foot Path. Review by Ken Murdock. 8. Committee/Staff Reports 9.
