Millcreek, Utah Public Hearings Notice Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold four public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of CU-21-016/PUD-21-001, request for a conditional use permit and planned unit development for a 9-plex condominium in the RM Zone at approx. 4820 S. 1300 E. by applicant Brandon Fry; 2) consideration of ZM-21-004/ZM-21-008, request to amend Title 19 and adopt a City Center Development Agreement Overlay Zone designation and to adopt of a development agreement for a mixed use development of 215 units, including Millcreek City Hall, multifamily housing, retail and restaurant space, and shared parking at approx. 1311-1321 E. 3300 S., 3215 S. Richmond Street, and 1324 E. Chambers Avenue by applicants Cottonwood Residential and Millcreek City; 3) consideration of CU-21-019, request for a conditional use permit for a mixed use development consisting of 198 units and 5,600 square feet of commercial use at approx. 1350 E. Miller Avenue by applicant The Boyer Company; and 4) consideration of SD-21-010, request for a 4-lot subdivision on a cul-de-sac at approx. 3675 S. Craig Circle by applicant RMTR Investments LLC. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall and on the City's website at: https://millcreek.us/agendacenter.
