Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Ephraim City ('City') hereby gives notice of the City's intent to sell approximately 4.6 acres of real property owned by the City (the 'Property'). The Property consists of Parcel Nos. s-6192X, s-6192x1, s-6192x2, and 2-6192x4, which are located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Keisel Ln and Main St. The City will hold a public hearing prior to disposing of the Property. The public hearing will be held on December 15, 2021 at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council chambers in Ephraim City Hall, located at 5 South Main St., Ephraim, UT. All interested persons are invited to attend. After receiving public comment, if any, the City Council may make a decision on the sale of the Property.
