- Emery County Community Reinvestment Agency (CRA) Board PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the EMERY COUNTY COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AGENCY will meet at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 in the Emery County Courthouse Commission Chambers, 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah 84513. CRA Board Members: Commissioner Lynn Sitterud - Chair Commissioner Kent Wilson Commissioner Gil Conover Todd Huntington Jay Mark Humphrey Jacob Sharp AGENDA: 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny 2021 tentative budget for the Emery County Community Reinvestment Agency. 2. Discuss/Approve/Deny 2022 tentative budget for the Emery County Community Reinvestment Agency. 3. Discussion and selection of date of public hearing to approve the 2021 and 2022 budgets for the Emery County CRA. 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny amended survey area resolution for Hornshadow Solar. 5. Board Member comments or concerns. 6. Adjourn.
