(Woodruff Neighborhood) PC 21-068 Altitude [Design Review & Subdivision Permit] Nathan Leishman/Altitude Property LLC, authorized agent/owner, request a design review & subdivision permit to subdivide phase 1 of this project into 116 lots and build 2 and 3 level townhomes with garages on the main levels.
